Is this process secure?

Yes. Your files are sent to our server through a secure connection, processed, and then deleted immediately. We don't store your files or passwords.

What types of password protection can be removed?

Our tool can remove both document open passwords (user passwords) and permission passwords (owner passwords) that restrict printing, copying, and editing.

What if I don't know the password?

Our tool requires the correct password to unlock a PDF. If you've forgotten the password, we cannot bypass this security measure.
